Position Sought: M&A Director
Reports To: GM, M&A and Investment Department
Location:
1. Lead/ manage investment/M&A deal independently, evaluate and implement all related projects.
2. Post deal management.
3. Assist department GM to develop team.
1. Bachelor degree with top-tier University is a must, top-tier school MBA is highly prefer.
2. 8 years work experience with at least 3 years BD/M&A background with high technology field is highly prefer.
3. Investment experience and know-how of finance is preferred.
Special Requirements
1. Smart, high integrity and reliability with full passionate on internet industry.
2. Good communication and negotiation skills, be mature
3. Strong Leadership and people management skills. (Leadership should be harmony style, and people-oriented, not personal hero)
4. Good English and Mandarin skills in oral and written
5. Good team player with high team spirit
